Performance Equity Management, LLC (“Performance Equity” or “PEM”) is an SEC registered investment adviser, formed in 2005, that was until December 31, 2016 organized as a joint venture between General Motors Investment Management Corporation (“GMIMCo”) and certain private market investment professionals formally employed by GMIMCo (the “Founding Investment Team”). Prior to June 2005, Performance Equity was named GM Partners I, LLC (“Partners”), which, through its series, acted as the general partner or managing member of several investment funds, including certain PEM Funds. As a former affiliate, GMIMCo bears no responsibility for the track record presented herein, the issuance of PEM Fund interest, or management of the PEM Funds.
