Mr. Romeo joined Performance Equity Management as Controller of Corporate Accounting in 2025. Prior to joining, Mr. Romeo was a Corporate Accounting Manager at Graham Capital Management, responsible for management company reporting and analyses, audit & tax oversight and other expense management and process improvement initiatives. Prior to Graham Capital Management, Mr. Romeo worked as a Fund Accountant at Ellington Management Group and began his career as an auditor for Deloitte & Touche LLP, focusing on banking and securities clients. Mr. Romeo received a Bachelor and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and is registered as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Connecticut.
