Andrew Oberson, deputy chief compliance officer

Mr. Oberson is Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Performance Equity Management. He began his career in Private Equity with an internship at Performance Equity Management in 2010 prior to joining the firm full-time in 2011. Mr. Oberson has worked at Performance Equity Management in a variety of capacities, including as a data analyst, financial associate, vice president and now Deputy Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. Oberson received both his MBA and undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut.
