Mr. Canovali joined Performance Equity in 2024 as a Principal and is a member of its Investment Committee for all private equity secondary transactions. Prior to joining Performance Equity, Andy was a Vice President in Goldman Sachs’ Private Equity Group, where he focused on sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments across the private equity secondaries landscape. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, he worked in investment banking at Credit Suisse where he advised corporate management teams in a variety of industries on various transactions, focusing primarily on M&A, IPOs, and financing. Mr. Canovali graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. in Finance and Economics.
