Mr. Bains is an Associate on the Capital Formation team at Performance Equity Management. Prior to joining, Mr. Bains worked as an Associate at Mill Road Capital, a private equity firm with a focus on retail, manufacturing, business services, and consumer products. Mr. Bains also worked in the Global Energy Investment Banking Group at Moelis & Company. Mr. Bains graduated from Rice University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
